Adam Eason has been a clinical hypnotherapist since first qualifying in 1997, he has lectured on Bournemouth University's MSc Hypnosis in Research, Medicine, and Clinical Practice, and is founder and Principal of the Anglo European College of Therapeutic Hypnosis. He continues to conduct research into hypnosis and cognitive functioning at Bournemouth University's psychology department, and has written published peer reviewed journal articles and books including, Hypnosis For Running.
